Coaching is designed for people who are functioning effectively and want to consider challenges such as career development, relationships, spiritual growth, lifestyle management, life balance, decision making, transition, and short- or long-term goals.

Clients remain responsible for their own well-being, choices, and decisions during and after coaching. All comments and ideas offered through coaching are solely intended to support the goals defined by the client.
